Plasticoate® 800

​

The Plasticoate roof coating system is  made from MMA (Methylmetacrylate) and PU (Polyurethan).

This hybrid resin combines the fast curing attribute of MMA and the flexibility of PU also at low temperatures.

 

Application:

The system is applied on bitumen and concret roofs.

After cleaning the surface the Plasticoate primer is applied. A Polyester fleece is embedded into the Plasticoate® 800 coating layer. If needed a sealer can be applied to broadcast the roof with slates granulate. The advantage of this coating system is a seamless coat all over the roof, no joints from wall to wall.

It´s easy to install and its curing time is only 2 hours!
